Frequently asked questions

When is the draw for a competition?

The draw date and time for each competition are clearly listed on the entry page. All draws are guaranteed to take place at the specified time, regardless of how many tickets are sold.

Why has my order been cancelled?

Your order will show as cancelled if payment wasn’t completed or failed. To keep things running smoothly, orders are automatically cancelled after 10 minutes if payment isn’t received.

How is the winner chosen?

Traditional draws:

You can watch all our traditional draws live on our Facebook and YouTube pages. We use a random number generator to select the winner, and we prove the draw is live by interacting with viewers—reading out comments and answering questions. If a traditional draw hasn’t sold out and the first number generated is unsold, we simply generate a new number until a winner is found.

Instant wins:

Instant win competitions work by matching your ticket number(s) to a list of predetermined prize numbers. If any of your numbers match, you win the corresponding prize instantly! End prizes are treated as traditional draws.

Automated draws:

Our automated draws work similarly to traditional draws but aren’t broadcast live. We use PHP code to randomly generate a winning number at the scheduled draw time. More details can be found on our Draw Results page. The winner is contacted directly and announced on our ‘Draw Results’ page.

What is my draw number?

You can find your ticket number(s) in three ways:

  • On the confirmation page right after entering a competition.
  • In the confirmation email sent to your registered email address.
  • By logging into your account, going to ‘Dashboard’, selecting ‘Current’ or ‘Past’, and clicking ‘View ticket numbers’.
What happens if a competition doesn’t sell out?

If a traditional or automated draw you’ve entered doesn’t sell out, the draw still goes ahead—and your chances of winning are even better! All draws are guaranteed to take place on the date and time shown on the entry page, and every ticket sold remains valid. We’ll generate random numbers until a winner is found. Any instant win prizes not claimed within the competition timeframe will be forfeited, but every ticket purchased will still be included in the end prize draw (if applicable).

Is Kachi a legitimate company?

Absolutely. Kachi is a fully registered UK limited company. We’ve built a strong community of verified winners and operate prize draws in full compliance with the Gambling Act 2005. Our 5-star reviews on Facebook, Google, and Trustpilot come from both winners and regular players. All our live draws are streamed on Facebook and YouTube for full transparency.

Why am I receiving messages from Kachi?

As part of our service, we send SMS, email, and app notifications to customers who register with us. These help keep you updated on competitions, draws, and results.

How do instant win competitions work?

Instant win competitions have set prizes linked to specific numbers when the competition launches. If any of your ticket numbers match those predetermined numbers, you win the associated prize(s) instantly. Some instant win competitions also include an ‘end prize’, where every entry is automatically entered into a final draw (traditional or automated) at the competition’s close.
